If you meet the criteria below, it might be just the right thing for you:

  • A Master’s Degree preferably within Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or Business
  • Hands-on mentality, passion for learning all about Operations and high commitment to provide excellent customer experience
  • Motivation for having an impact on a challenging environment and the possibility to perform a wide range of tasks and manage multiple interfaces
  • Curiosity and openness for change and improvement: you see yourself as a problem solver with a love for detail
  • Ability to engage others regardless of background or hierarchy

  • Excellent English language skills, further languages are advantageous

The path to becoming a leader in Operations

The 18-months Operations Leadership Program aims to build future leaders in Operations by providing first-hand experience in the most relevant areas of After Market Services. This includes 3 phases:

I. Rotation between the key roles in a Tool Service Center will give you a comprehensive and hands-on experience about the major operations, learning from the peak the critical drivers for customer engagement.
II. Driving of instrumental improvement projects across the region.

III. Developing initiatives from a global perspective and connecting with global functions such as Engineering, Process Management, Supply or Marketing. 


These very different experiences will give you a solid foundation to develop into a leadership position within AMS and build a network that will help unlock international opportunities across the 120 countries in which Hilti has a presence.


Your landing position after the program will vary depending on your skills, your ambition and your preferences. You could progress in your career as e.g. Regional Repair Engineer or process expert, TSC Manager, Team leader or Tool Service Engineer.
