2021 – Hilti ranks 11th in World's Best Workplaces, and 6th in Best Workplaces in Europe
2020 – Hilti ranks 14th in Best Workplaces in Europe

2017 – Hilti ranked 7th in Best Workplaces in Europe, and 22nd in World's Best Workplaces among multinationals

The Hilti Group has improved its sustainability rating, given by the international agency EcoVadis, from silver to gold status within one year. This puts us in the top 5 percent of all 75,000 companies assessed worldwide.

We’re proud to announce that Hilti achieved a 100% perfect score on the Corporate Equity Index from the Human Rights Council and have been named as a ‘Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality’.
This recognition is the culmination of several years of intentional focus on our team members and how to make Hilti a more inclusive workplace for everyone.

This annual ranking of the cream of Britain's employers is a high-profile event in the national business calendar. Ratings are based entirely on employee opinions, as staff complete anonymous surveys about their motivation and happiness at work, and their bosses’ attitudes and values. The data-gathering methods are widely acknowledged as the UK’s most extensive research into staff engagement.

Hilti has earned the Glassdoor Employees' Choice Award, honoring the Best Places to Work in the USA for 2022. This is the second year for Hilti to make the Top 100 list of large employers (more than 1,000 team members), ranking our best to date at #35. Against more well-known brands with tens of thousands of employees, Glassdoor rankings are entirely based on anonymous and voluntary reviews.

This award recognizes the commitment of organizations in caring for the community, for the employees and the environment. Hilti Hong Kong has been continuosly honored with this since 2013.

Hilti has been named one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials by Great Place to Work® and Fortune for a second straight year. Hilti jumped 13 places to number 55. The ranking is based on answers from 88,000 millennials (born 1981 or later).

Our products are acclaimed by some of the most important design awards in the industry. Our manufacturing know-how and our innovation is also widely recognized. Here’s just a taste of our recent achievements.

Hilti’s manufacturing facility in Schaan (Liechtenstein) received the 2016 Manufacturing Excellence competition’s MX Award in the category of Process Innovation. The award, sponsored by Technical University of Berlin, is given for best practices in industrial manufacturing within the German-speaking area.
2016 – Hilti won the Process Innovation MX Award

This award judges products on design innovation, functionality, ergonomics and emotional content, as well as longevity and ecological sustainability. For this year's competition, around 5,000 products from some 50 countries were submitted, and judged by a jury of 40 international design experts. Hilti has won Red Dot Awards every year since 2004. In 2010, we had the exclusive honour of winning Red Dot Design Team of the Year, which can only be awarded once in a company’s lifetime.

Introduced in 1954, this award attracts more than 2,000 entries from around 37 nations every year. It’s judged by renowned experts, with the best products receiving an iF seal of outstanding design quality. In 1957, Hilti won its first iF Product Design Award for our original anchoring device, Schlagdübel Gerät, and our products have won consistently ever since.
