I joined Hilti’s Outperformer program just four months ago and have already done so much. I’ve worked on a strategic project for my portfolio, I’ve visited job sites in Germany and the US, and right now I’m busy as a product manager in Liechtenstein. Along the way, I’ve had lots of training – in the way of both professional and personal development - and this never seems to stop, which is great.

Hilti have really supported me in getting settled, from helping me find accommodation to doing all the paperwork. All the things I’d been worried about, they’ve simply sorted.

I joined Hilti in 2017, after working for many years in the Oil and Gas Industry as a piping designer. Somebody in the organization decided that I was the right candidate for the position and I am always going to be grateful to that person for giving me the opportunity.

My experience has been amazing. Since day one, I was amazed by the caring culture, and the support from my leader and my team. After almost 4 years, I’m still convinced that I made the right choice by joining Hilti. I decided to work for a company that motivates me to do my best every day and take cares of their employees and their customers.

My heart is with the engineering and technical services team; there are endless opportunities to explore and grow in this department. Currently, we are doing a lot of things to make a difference in the market and our communities. However, if I decide to take a different path in the company, the support is going to be there because that is what Hilti does.
